Service
NullTrace Router provides software and prepaid metering so your operators can generate AI ticket briefs on a gateway and model you host. Marketplace listings for HubSpot and Zendesk are install surfaces. Inference runs on the operator-configured appliance, not as a NullTrace-hosted cloud LLM.
Prepaid packs
Standard ($49) and Pro ($299) are prepaid usage packs. Apps may install at no charge. Brief requests consume prepaid balance on the gateway. When balance is empty or insufficient, requests may return HTTP 402 and pause until balance is restored.
Provisioning
Until self-serve checkout is enabled, purchasing starts by contacting infrastructure@. We provision API credentials, prepaid balance, and Stripe customer portal access as applicable.
Acceptable use
You must have rights to the ticket and CRM data you send to your gateway. You must not use the service to violate law, marketplace policies, or third-party terms (including HubSpot, Zendesk, and Stripe).
No compliance shortcut
Customer-hosted inference is a technical control, not a legal exemption. You remain responsible for privacy, security, and regulated-use review (including DPA and counsel review where required).
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as available. Model output can be wrong; operators must review briefs before customer-facing use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NullTrace's liability is limited to fees paid for the prepaid pack giving rise to the claim in the prior three months.
