Who we are
NullTrace Systems ("NullTrace", "we") provides NullTrace Router: operator-hosted AI ticket briefs for HubSpot and Zendesk, with prepaid metering. Contact: infrastructure@nulltracesystems.com.
What this product does with data
In the customer-hosted deployment, the gateway and model run on hardware you control. Ticket text used for Brief is sent from the HubSpot or Zendesk agent UI to the gateway URL you configure, then to the local model on that appliance.
- NullTrace does not operate a multi-tenant cloud LLM that receives your ticket bodies by default.
- Stripe is used for prepaid metering and billing metadata (for example token usage records), not as a store of ticket content.
- Marketplace apps are install surfaces. Your configured gateway is the inference path.
Website and sales inquiries
If you email us or request a prepaid pack, we process contact details and message content to respond and provision service. We do not sell personal information.
Billing
Payments and customer portal sessions are handled by Stripe. Stripe's privacy terms apply to payment data they process.
Retention
On a customer-hosted appliance, retention of prompts, logs, and optional research stores is controlled by the operator's configuration. Hosting on your hardware is a technical control, not a legal exemption from privacy obligations.
