Prepaid packs
Standard ($49) and Pro ($299) are prepaid usage packs for metered Brief usage. Unused prepaid balance generally remains available until consumed, subject to account standing and anti-abuse limits.
Refunds
If we cannot provision access within a reasonable time after payment, contact us for a full refund. After successful provisioning and any material token usage, packs are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a service defect prevented use.
Paused requests
An empty prepaid balance pauses Brief requests (HTTP 402). That is expected metering behavior, not a defect. Top up through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting infrastructure@.
